The Old Cannery has a goal of making your shopping experience with us as enjoyable as possible. We are dedicated in providing the best price, product, and service to you at all times.

Price Guarantee:
We guarantee our prices for 30 days. If you find the same product for less at a different store within 30 days of your purchase we will gladly refund the difference by 120%.

Returns:
We allow you to return any purchase for exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Scratch and Dent, As-Is, and Tent Sold merchandise. (merchandise purchased in our parking lot) Those items purchased as Scratch and Dent, As-Is, and merchandise purchased in our tent sale can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

As-Is, Scratch and Dent:
Those items purchased in our Scratch and Dent and/or As-Is merchandise including furniture and accessories purchased in our tent must be picked up within 48 hours.

Lay-a-Way
Lay-a-Way is offered on  furniture with a down payment of 20% for a maximum of 30 days.  Close Out, Scratch and Dent, Accessories, Items purchased from our Tent, and  Custom Orders items are not allowed for Lay-a-Way.

Payment:
All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up.

Acceptance:
At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise. Your signature upon delivery is your acceptance of the merchandise in your home.

Sleep Guarantee:
We offer a 90 day "Comfort" guarantee on our mattresses.

Special Order/Custom Order:
Special and Custom order merchandise is welcomed by The Old Cannery. We do require a 20%  non-refundable deposit to order your furniture.

Shipping Dates:
 We strive to offer accurate information on shipping dates, but can not guarantee a manufacturers delivery date and any date that we provide is an estimate based on previous shipments.

Notification of Merchandise Arrival:
We will notify when you merchandise arrives at our warehouse. You will need to make arrangements and schedule  delivery or pick up within 14 days of being notified. Merchandise left in our warehouse beyond 30 days is subject to cancellation and a restocking fee of 10%.

Merchandise Pick Up:
Our warehouse is open 7 days a week for customer own pick up of purchases. We have a staff of qualified warehousemen that will load your vehicle providing safe tie down and secure load requirements. Our warehouse hours close :30 minutes earlier than our showroom.

Hours For Customer Pick-Up Are:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
