Warranties and Service


The Old Cannery is dedicated in providing the Best Price, Product, and Service to you at all times. We believe in what we sell and back it up with an additional (1) year of warranty protection beyond the manufactures warranty at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to repair or replace manufacturers defective merchandise with same or similar merchandise.

All warranties are to the original purchaser with the original sales receipt.

It is the purchasers responsibility to return the defective merchandise to our location.

Scratch and Dent Merchandise is sold AS-IS. There is no exchange, refund, return, or service after 7 days of purchase.

What We Cover:

● We will repair or replace loose seat cushion cores including parts and labor for an additional (1) year beyond the manufactures warranty.
● We will repair or replace upholstery furniture springs, including parts and labor for an additional (1) year beyond the manufactures warranty.
● We will repair or replace the wooden frame on your fully upholstered furniture for an additional (1) year beyond the manufactures warranty.
● We will repair or replace bedroom, dining room, or occasional wood items for (1) additional year beyond the manufactures warranty.


Exclusions:

● Fabric-fading or wear ability
● Customer modifications
● Electrical components
● Normal body depressions in mattresses
● Damage caused by accident, negligence, or furniture that was used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use.
● Damage and defects not reported within 14 days.


Please note that some manufacturers offer a  life time warranty on their products which is meant to be the life of the item not the life of its owner. For exact coverage by a particular manufacture please contact our customer service.
