Q: Can I buy furniture through your website?
A: Our main site is an informational site only. We have acres of furniture and thousands of accessories that change constantly. You really should come to our store to truly appreciate the shopping experience that only The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse can offer.
Q: Does the "Old Cannery" deliver?
A: In order to keep our prices down we do not have our own delivery service, but we do contract with Boush Moving and Storage. They have been in business since 1917, and a part of our family for the past 15 years.
Any of our sales or front counter staff can assist you in getting more information on rates and times and assist you in making arrangements to have their white glove service bring your new purchase to your home or business.
Many of our customers prefer to pick up merchandise themselves, not only to save cost, but to be able to take their furniture home today. All of our warehouse staff are trained to safely secure your merchandise. We do work with several outside delivery companies. Your salesperson or front counter associate can assist you in scheduling your delivery.
Q: Does the "Old Cannery" offer financing?
A: Financing is available on approval of credit with Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. For further information, please contact our store at 253.863.0422. Online Financing Application is available.
Q: How soon must I pick up my furniture?
A: A regular stock items price can be held for 14 days with a 10% down payment. Custom orders can be placed with a 50% down payment. Cancelled custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a special order has arrived it must be picked up within 1 week. Due to limited warehouse space we suggest that you pick up your furniture within 7 days. Items that have been purchased in our Scratch & Dent area must be picked up within 48 hours. Special needs can be addressed.
